The WellGrown Collective Good Faith Agreement

(Effective until formal terms are finalized & legally reviewed)

1. Purpose & Intent The WellGrown Collective is a community-driven initiative dedicated to fostering meaningful engagement, collaboration, and wellness-centered solutions. This Good Faith Agreement outlines the expectations for participation and engagement while formal legal documents are being finalized.

2. Member Expectations & Conduct Members agree to engage with integrity, respect, and a commitment to shared growth. Contributions and discussions must align with our core values of inclusivity, authenticity, and collective impact, with a strict prohibition against racism, homophobia, harassment, hate speech, or any other negative or discriminatory language. Content shared within the Collective is intended for community interaction and will be visible to other members within the platform. Any sharing of content outside the Collective requires explicit permission from the original poster. Disruptive behavior or violations of these expectations may lead to immediate removal from the community.

3. Privacy & Data Handling While The WellGrown Collective is committed to protecting member privacy, formal privacy terms are undergoing legal review. Until finalized, members acknowledge that basic account information (like username and email) and any data shared directly within the Collective will be handled with care but may not yet be subject to finalized compliance measures. Members should exercise discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information within the Collective.

4. Interim Legal Protections This agreement is a mutual commitment to good faith participation and does not constitute a legally binding contract. Any disputes or concerns should be addressed through open dialogue and resolution within the community framework.

5. Acknowledgment & Future Terms Members acknowledge that official Privacy Policies and Service Agreements are forthcoming and will be shared once legally reviewed and finalized. Participation in The WellGrown Collective at this stage signifies agreement to this interim framework in good faith.
